Marine Grade ABS

A versatile and cost effective thermoplastic product, ABS combines three unique compounds to create a durable and environmentally friendly material. Aqua-Plas® V is a specially engineered ABS polymer designed and formulated for the marine environment. Unique characteristics of Aqua-Plas® V include moisture resistance, screw retention up to 1000 lbs/psi, and a rigid design used in cleat blocks, bulkheads, stringers, and transoms inserts.

Aqua-Plas® V has been specifically engineered to meet the needs and requirements of fiberglass boat builders due to its ability to easily adhere to fiberglass and commercial adhesives with no surface preparation.
