On September 30, 2020, Empire Plastics, Inc. was officially acquired by Piedmont Plastics. Empire Plastics will continue business in the same capacity it has for over 28 years. The only change is the Empire Plastics will join the Piedmont Plastics family as an addition to Piedmont’s network of North American branch locations.

Cutting – With our CNC panel saws, we can make short work of a large job! You can rest assured that your pieces will be square, with a tolerance of +/- .010" on length & width. If you don't need a full sheet, we will cut to size on most of our stocked items or, we can cut a large number of pieces with a mix of sizes. Either way, we will maximize the yield from each sheet to keep your costs low.
Acrylic Fabrication - Acrylic can be fabricated in many ways to bring out its true beauty and is the material you want to use for display cases, risers, decorative shelving, and more. We can bend it, polish it, glue it and put a beautiful edge on it. With your design and our fabrication know-how, we can make your dream a reality!
Fabricated Parts – Sioux Falls has two CNC routers with different bed sizes to accommodate various sheet sizes. Depending on the size of the job, we will maximize sheet yield and runtime to make the most of your dollar. Using your CAD drawing (dxf file prefered), we will run the parts to your specifications. Piedmont Plastics in Sioux Falls, SD is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls is the most populous city in the U.S. state of South Dakota. Sioux Falls has over 70 greenways and parks, most notably Falls Park, which was established around the city’s namesake waterfalls on the Big Sioux River.
