PTFE Sheet and Film T-100 Virgin and T-200 Mechanical Grade Products FeaturesBenefits Outstanding heat and chemical resistance High dielectric strength Anti-stick properties Can be chemically etched for bondability Applications include laminate release sheets wire and cable wrap and industrial gasketing T-100 Skived Sheet and Film PTFE sheet and film are manufactured from virgin PTFE resins which are molded sintered and skived to the appropriate thickness. Both sheet and film are widely used in a number of industries due to the materials outstanding characteristics including heat and chemical resistance dielectric strength and anti-stick properties. Sheet and film may also be chemically etched on one or both sides for bondability. Virgin Skived Sheet T-100 is a skived virgin grade PTFE sheet. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.0115 to 0.25 and in widths of 12 24 36 and 48. PTFE film is supplied either in sheet or continuous roll form. Slit widths are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.001 to 0.062 and to the exacting tolerances of the wire and cable and electronics industries. Custom colors are also available please consult factory. T-200 Mechanical Grade Sheet T-200 is a mechanical grade PTFE sheet manufactured from reground PTFE. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.015 to 0.250 and standard widths of 12 24 36 48 and 60. T-200 is supplied in either sheet or continuous roll form. This sheet is a costeffective alternative to virgin grade and is ideal for use as a gasket and bearing surface or whenever virgin grade PTFE is not required. Mechanical grade sheet may also be etched on one or both sides for bondability. Other thicknesses available upon request please consult factory.
