Plaskolite TUFFAK® SK1

TUFFAK SK1 prismatic and smooth polycarbonate sheet SKYLIGHT PRISMATIC AND SKYLIGHT SMOOTH TUFFAK SK1 Prismatic and Smooth Sheet are engineered with a UV-resistant cap layer which provides outstanding weatherability in applications directly exposed to sunlight. SK1 sheet is available in clear or white and smooth or prismatic depending on aesthetic preferences and design requirements. TUFFAK SK1 can be drape or thermoformed for use in contoured applications such as domed skylights. The SK1 sheet family of products is tougher than acrylic impact-modified acrylic or glass. This exceptional toughness makes SK1 polycarbonate sheet particularly suitable for skylight applications to avoid breakage from storm-driven hail and to provide protection for roof workers against accidental fall-throughs and injury Figure 1.
