It has low cold flow with good dimensional stability. NP630 meets ASTM D709 Type I Grade XXX and will meet ANSINEMA IM 60000-2021 Grade XXX MIL-I-2476810 PBE and NEMX LI 1-1998 grade XXX specifications with exception to dielectric breakdown requirements.
