P r od u c t B u l l e t i n GF 105 High Gloss Laminating Film GF 105 is a 2.0 mil High Gloss Overlaminating Film with an optically clear permanent acrylic adhesive on a 1.5 mil polyester film liner. This polyester film offers protection from abrasion moisture and other environmental exposures. It is laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat. Applications High Gloss overlaminating polyester film is designed to protect digital image prints and screen-printed images for exhibit and display graphics. May also be used to protect printed signage both interior and exterior. This film can be used to enhance image clarity contrast and brilliance. Thickness Film 2.0 mils. Adhesive .8 to 1.1 mils. Liner 1.5 mils. Thickness variance - 10 Dimensional Stability Good. Temperature Ranges Minimum application temperature Service temperature range Adhesion To stainless steel 40 F. -40F to 200F. 48 ozin. Exterior Durability The polyester film and adhesive have good resistance to discoloration caused by exterior exposure. Under normal exterior exposure conditions Concept 105 could protect the under-laying graphics for up to 2-years from fading caused by typical exterior exposure conditions.
